How should I care for my Liyela clothing?We recommend spot cleaning to remove stains, hand washing for beaded products, and machine washing with mild detergent for other Liyela products. Always check the care label on each garment for specific instructions. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals, and never tumble dry or iron beaded items. Hang or lay flat to dry. With proper care, your Liyela clothing will look great for years to come.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?Yes, it's possible to change your order as long as the items you want to change are at the same price or over. If your order has already been shipped, please contact us at hello@liyelahome.com and send the item back to us within 2 days of receiving your package. Kindly note that the return shipping expenses will be your own responsibility.

Will there be any delays in shipping my order from Liyela?Yes, please expect some delays, especially during sale events and within a few days of a new collection launch. We do our best to ensure that your order is processed and shipped promptly, but sometimes we experience high volumes of orders which can cause delays. Rest assured, we are working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible and we truly appreciate your patience during these times.
