Shipping Policy

The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.

Delivery options:​

  • Shipping-

    • within Singaore (within 14 business days) - S$25 / FREE (Orders over S$250)

    • within Malaysia (within 14 business days) - S35 / FREE (Orders over S$250)

  • International shipping- Prices varies
    The estimated delivery time varies depending on the delivery address.
     

Bear in mind that deliveries are only made on working days.​


Return & Exchange Policy

​

Our refund policy is strictly for damaged products if contact is made within 7 days of receiving. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving the items (except for face masks). If you return an item requesting a refund within 30 days of receiving it, we'll give you a full refund in Store Credit for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for them.

We do not offer cash refunds at this time.

Exchange to A Different Size, Color or Design
If you have bought the wrong size or color, you may return them by submitting a Return Request and have your purchase refunded upon approval in Store Credit and you may then place a new order at your convenience.

Returns due to Damage, Defect or Incorrect Item Received
As soon as you discover a defect, kindly email us with the following:

  • The order number (e.g: #88888)

  • The faulty item's name and number

  • A description of the fault

  • A photo of the fault

Please note: if your item has become faulty outside of our 30-day returns timeframe, you won’t be able to create a return.

Sales/Custom Items
We do not accept returns or any exchange on any sale items purchased during any sales. Items purchased during our Sales period are final.
